- Recruiters will learn about critical components of recruitment, such as keyword identification and job tasks and responsibilities.
- A perfect insight of Boolean Operators will be given to the recruiters.
- They will learn how to locate synonyms and alternatives to terms, as well as how to create search strings and conduct research using simple Boolean operators.

- This module empowers the recruiters to use social media the right way (For branding and for hiring needs).
- We train them with aspects like social media for personal branding, building online talent communities and candidate outreach via social channels.
- By the end of this module the Recruiters will be aware on how you can use LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter for Recruitment and finding the right candidate.
- Post this module, the recruiters will be very well aware on how to target groups, do alumni and company search and how they can manage their network (1st, 2nd and 3rd degree connections).

- In this module the recruiters will learn various essential skills like google advanced techniques, x-ray search, advanced Boolean search and techniques for sourcing resumes from internet.
- Post this session, the recruiters will be aware on how to use Google to the fullest and have
more candidates in the pipeline.

- The biggest challenge the recruiters face is to find the contact details of the candidates. We train them on some very useful extensions that will help them source contact details (Email ids and Mobile nos) of potential candidates
- Understand candidate behavior –The recruiters will be trained on few extensions to identify the candidate behavior, based on which they can target them accordingly.

- We introduce and train the recruiters with tools like GitHub, Stackoverflow, Behance, Elance and Dribble that help you change your game.
- The recruiters will also be trained on some hacks/tricks to find the contact details through the tools mentioned above.
- This module will help them have more candidates in their pipeline apart from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
