The duration of the General Training sessions will be for 18 hrs that will be completed in 5 days

Each Trainee will be given individual login details via email. They will have to attempt and finish the assessment within 2 days. If there are any technical issues which prevent you from continuing the assessment it will be extended only after you inform us. The assessment will have 40 questions and the participants have to score at least 28 to clear it.

The nature of the Online Assessment is objective type which comprises of 40 questions that are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 1 mark each (no negative marking). The time allotted for each question is flexible.

The assessment will be conducted for each trainee after 1 – 2 weeks the training gets over

Yes, you will have online support via email during the online assessment and you can also refer to the study material shared by the Sourcepro’s team

The assessment will be conducted for each trainee after completion of 1 month of finishing the training.

Yes the participants will be given 2 attempts to clear the assessment

Yes, definitely. You can measure the progress or outcome prior to the training and post the training. However, you need to give them some time to practice and get a knack of the techniques taught which will only come with practice. You need to encourage them enough to use these techniques and motivate your team to come up with innovative ways of the sourcing process.
